《The Binding of Isaac: Repentance》是隨機生成關卡的 Roguelike 動作遊戲。逃進地下迷宮的以撒必須在迷宮中探險、用「眼淚」當作武器對抗不斷襲來的噁心怪物。

即將發售的《The Binding of Isaac: Repentance》包含了前作《The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth》與追加內容《Afterbirth》、《Afterbirth+》，並新增了多種新要素、改善遊戲平衡、畫面升級等大量擴充內容。其中包含逾 700 種道具、17 隻以上可操作角色、真實結局等內容。

購買 Nintendo 及 PlayStation4 實體版遊戲將分別對應附贈限量「以撒」玩偶（Nintendo Switch 版）及「嗝屁猫」玩偶（PlayStation4版），並與特典小冊子「REPENTANCE」同捆盒裝販售。

除《The Binding of Isaac: Repentance》跨足新平台，《The Binding of Isaac》系列作前傳《The Legend of Bum-bo》也決定將在今年夏天於 Nintendo Switch 及 PlayStation5 平台推出數位下載版。

《The Legend of Bum-bo》是由《The Binding of Isaac》中登場的「乞丐寶」擔任主角的解謎類型牌組構築 Roguelike 遊戲。

遊戲方式為湊齊並消除 4 個相同圖案的地板以攻擊敵人或抵擋攻擊。玩家可以藉由能發揮特殊效果的「咒術」及裝備時能產生效果的「飾品」，不斷打倒敵人收集金幣，自行搭配出更有利的裝備來戰鬥。
